Everything you need to know
EnduroAR entered their first race in 2006 and haven't looked back. From just a couple of race a year, the team now compete in a race almost every month. The team tasted their first victory the following year and finally secured their first race series win in 2009.
So who are EnduroAR?
Well we're an expanding group of outdoor enthusiasts with backgrounds as diverse as alpine mountaineering, rock climbing, road racing and orienteering. We have a passion for competition and always put in 100% to get as high up the leader board as possible.
Team members are also active outdoor sports coaches and can be hired to teach courses such as mountain bike skills and technique, navigation and orienteering skills and adventure race skills for beginners.
Meet the team
Jessica Weston
Jessica is a founder member of EnduroAR. Although relatively new to adventure racing, she is by no means new to competition having spent much of her youth spinning wheels in her native Yorkshire.
Today she is most at home bombing around the Surrey hills on her mountain bike looking for the perfect singletrack, caching . Occasionally it's possible to tempt her from her saddle with the right combination of alpine peaks, Welsh rock or even sea kayaking! She is also a whiz with map and compass and has often pulled a race victory from the jaws of defeat with a deft bearing or two.
Jessica is a fully qualified mountain bike coach and MTB guide and can be found coaching and guiding clients around the beautiful Surrey Hills and beyond with Astounding Adventures, Surrey Hills Mountain Bike Guides and Dirt Divas.
Danielle Sheridan
Another founder member of EnduroAR, Danielle has a long history of outdoor sporting activities. Along with Jessica she forms the core of the team.
Like Jessica, Danielle is a fully qualified mountain bike coach and MTB guide and can be found coaching and guiding clients around the beautiful Surrey Hills and beyond with Astounding Adventures and Surrey Hills Mountain Bike Guides.
She is also a qualified Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor and Wilderness First Aider.
